Technocrats In Motion is the overarching theme for 2026 — a declaration that technology leadership isn't just about what you know, but what you ship. The name represents a new kind of builder: someone who merges deep technical skill with relentless public action.

Jeffrey is building toward becoming a Black technocrat focused on creating funding infrastructure for underrepresented founders — demonstrating that one person with vision, skill, and consistency can out-build entire teams. Each app is proof of concept, shipped in days instead of months.

The series is paired with Code Geass, a 50-episode anime about strategy, power, and transformation. For every app released, the corresponding episode clip is shared — drawing parallels between the show's themes and the journey of building. There are 50 episodes in the series (25 in Season 1, 25 in Season 2), matching the 50-app goal perfectly.
